Biography
From singing Disney songs for her neighbours in her back garden, to performing in front of thousands
of people at Manchesters Palace Theatre, Rachael has been singing for as long as she can
remember.
A talented and professional singer, Rachael set out to pursue her love of music from an early age,
attending Stagecoach Performing Arts School. From this point onwards, Rachael has not stopped
receiving formal coaching, and trained to degree level in the Performing Arts, music and drama.
Praised for her soulful tones, Rachael has established herself as a sought-after performer. As a
creative and professional singer, Rachael brings a touch of class with each performance and has
sang for many different types of audiences at a wide variety of venues.
Rachaels 2014 began with an impressive booking in one of the UKs top department stores, John
Lewis. She performed two 45 minute sets in their 100 year anniversary celebratory event, with
a special performance of I Dreamed a Dream from the musical Les Miserable.
Rachaels most notable performance came in 2010, when she was cast as the lead in the musical
West Side Story for the company Almost Famous. The character of Maria is known for her vocal
range and operatic style. This was by far, Rachaels proudest and most enjoyable performance to
date.
Since this, Rachael has also found success in Asia, completing three contracts at two of Hong
Kongs major hotels.
With over 7 years of Vocal training from her professional and award winning Bella-soprano coach,
Lorraine Harris-Roche, Rachael displays excellent vocal control and passion, with a surprising and
impressive range for a young Mezzo-Soprano.
